TERMS & CONDITIONS
Scope of Services
Se7en Travels provides professional ground transportation and operational support services for travel agencies, DMCs and corporate clients across Portugal. Services include private transfers, private tours and operational ground logistics.
Booking & Payments
All services are subject to availability and only considered confirmed after written confirmation issued by Se7en Travels.
For non-partner bookings, a 25% advance payment may be required to secure services.
Tourism partners may benefit from previously agreed commercial conditions.
The remaining balance must be settled up to 30 days prior to the service start date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Pricing & Inclusions
All prices include VAT at the legal rate and operational costs related to the vehicle and driver.
Unless explicitly stated, prices do not include:

Monument or museum tickets

Meals and beverages
-
Accommodation
-
Exclusive guides (separate from the driver)

Personal expenses
Prices may be adjusted in case of significant operational cost increases, regulatory changes or customer-requested modifications.
Operational Conditions
Routes, timings and operational details may be adjusted due to traffic conditions, weather, safety considerations, restricted access, customer delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Se7en Travels reserves the right to allocate equivalent vehicles or trusted operational partners when necessary to ensure service continuity.
Luggage Policy

Airport arrivals include standard waiting time (60 min).

Additional waiting time subject to extra charges.

Delays caused by clients may affect operational schedules.
Waiting time city pick-up (15 min)
Cancellation Policy
8 days or more prior to service: free cancellation

Between 7 and 2 days: 25% of total service value

Less than 48 hours / No-show: 100% charge
Liability
Se7en Travels shall not be held responsible for delays or service disruptions caused by:

Traffic conditions

Weather events
-
Accidents or road restrictions
-
Strikes or public disturbances

Third-party service providers
Personal belongings remain under client responsibility at all times.
Client Conduct & Damages
Clients are responsible for any damages caused to vehicles or equipment.
Drivers reserve the right to interrupt services if safety conditions are compromised.
Se7en Travels shall not be held responsible for delays or service disruptions caused by clients
Force Majeure
Se7en Travels shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental restrictions, health emergencies or other extraordinary circumstances.
Refund Policy
Refunds assessed case-by-case when directly attributable to Se7en Travels.
Governing Law
Portuguese Law applies.
Jurisdiction: Porto, Portugal.
Complaints & Claims
All complaints must be submitted through official contact channels listed on the website.
Complaints book is available as required by Portuguese law.
